Anabelle Suitor

Anabelle Suitor is a PhD candidate in the Anthropology Department at Brown University. Her research centers on fishing communities in the city of Chittagong, Bangladesh, focusing on labor, caste, religion, and the environment in the Bay of Bengal. Broadly, an interest in the lives that form from river’s mouths drives much of her academic and creative work.
